🛍️ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please note that we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • change of mind
  • size issues
  • color preference
  • personal preference

However, returns or replacements will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • the product received has a manufacturing defect
  • the wrong product was delivered to you

To request a replacement for eligible cases, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • order number
  • clear photos/videos of the issue

Once verified by our team, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for replacement approval.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment:
    Customers may cancel their order at any time before it’s processed for shipment. To cancel, please email us at support@mintmauve.com with your order number and “Cancel Order” in the subject line.
    We’ll confirm your cancellation within 24 hours, and refund any payment in full—no fees charged.

  • After shipment:
    Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still return it under our Returns Policy below.

2. Refund Eligibility & Timing

  • Damaged or defective items:
    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request a photo of the issue. After approval, you may choose between:

    • A replacement, or

    • A full refund, including original shipping cost.

3. How to Return an Order

  1. Email support@mintmauve.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.

  2. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 2 business days.

  3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of RMA approval using a tracked service.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status within 3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (minus restocking fee and return postage, if applicable) are issued within 5 business days after inspection.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the credit.
